Service rating : Only used the website which was easy to navigate. Email updates regular. Delivery confirmation abs dates a bit hit and miss. Product : Fantastic racking at very affordable pricing. As easy to assemble as any flat packed racking you’ll find - but a rubber mallet is essential. Shelving boards are a bit on the thin side, but more than capable of holding the weight advertised.

Service rating : Shelves itself was fine, but delivery is appalling! It was delivered wrapped in on pallet. Delivery to my house, not a storage or garage. When asked driver what will I do with this, he laughed and said sorry we are not allowed to take pallets back and left delivery on curb side. After unwrapping I saw that storage boxes that came with shelves where strapped in so hard that both (2) top lids were cracked. Product : Very bad delivery with items broken

My order came in 2 shipments TNT (fed ex) great service) DX on the other hand poor to say the least boxes where wet damaged and the driver couldn't care less he didn't even know where they where on his van throwing boxes around In the back. Product : Solid boxes and great value for money
